The form on this page asks for your name, your email address and your message. It sends the message straight to the Halulu inbox. We use your email address to reply to you and for nothing else.
Halulu ranks restaurants from what reviewers wrote, so a wrong result is usually a signal we can fix. Send the craving you typed, the city you searched in, and the restaurant that came out too high or too low. That is enough for us to reproduce the search.
For a refund, a cancellation or a request to delete your account and everything attached to it, email the address above from the address on the account. Our privacy practices are described on the privacy page.
